She has dedicated her career to seeking the best possible interventions and strategies to help children in her care overcome challenging behavior and gain the important life skills needed to thrive.

Livia Petty
Registered Behavior Technician, AdministratorLivia Petty was introduced to the field of Applied Behavior Analysis in 2020 and has been growing in her passion for seeing children overcome difficulty ever since. As well as providing one on one direct intervention for clients, Livia works as part-time administrator with the team at Arrows. Prior to 2020, Livia was involved in private educational initiatives to provide education with excellence for the whole child as well as humanitarian missions. She now resides in Livingston, MT and is looking forward to getting married this spring.

Lindsey Pippin
Board Certified Behavior AnalystLindsey Pippin has worked in the field of ABA for 6 years in Bozeman, Montana. Lindsey will be graduating with a Masters degree in Behavior Analysis in Spring 2024, and will sit for the BCBA exam shortly after. Lindsey enjoys working in this field and has a passion for helping individuals and families in any and all capacities. |

At Arrows we work as a team to ensure your child receives the best possible care. Our team is composed of a Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) .
What is a BCBA?
A BCBA is a professional with a masters degree along with specialized training in Applied Behavior Analysis. BCBA’s are responsible for assessment, program development, parent coaching and continued supervision and support.
What is an RBT?
An RBT is a professional who has undergone a 40 hour training course and certification examination. This person works closely with the BCBA to provide the best possible care for your child.
